Downtime for upgrading

I will be upgrading the forum software to the latest version during the next few days, in the evening (8PM - 10PM). I don't anticipate there being significant downtime (only max 5 minutes probably), but be aware that if the forum isn't accessible during that time, this will be the reason why.

The forum software has been updated. Service will now be resumed as usual

MySQL is now being updated as well at some point within the next few hours - shouldn't affect availability for more than a few minutes

Two more updates to phpBB are now being done, downtime should be no more than ~1 hour in total, starting around now.
