Requirements for Aesthetic Improvements to the River

Attached to this posting is the first draft of the Statement of Requirements for Aesthetic Improvements to the River. This was proposed by one of the students at Canford School and it may be decided that this won't go ahead. However, the idea is that the documentation produced by the student will provide a comprehensive treatment of the pros and cons of aesthetic improvements to the river that the WMT Staff and Volunteers can use to determine whether to proceed or not.

OK. No new comments were received over Christmas, so I have up-issued this document to include everything up to and including the changes agreed verbally at the WMT on the 19th Dec.

Please check what I have done and propose any further changes so that we can publish before the students return in the New year.

The only thing I suggest is changing the styles to sans-serif, and I corrected one typo. I've attached the document here.
