Reorganising the forum

I have re-organised again slightly:

• The VPN server sub-forum has been moved to "Site-wide Projects", seeing as we're now using the VPN site-wide.
• The integration subforum in the river system forum now has two new sub forums:
  • River system status, for these threads (and I have moved them all in here).
  • Jobs lists (which have also been moved in here).
• The software discussion subforum in the river system forum now has a new sub forum:
  • "General Software Improvements" for all related topics (which have been moved in here).

I have not touched the Hardware subforum because I don't use it and hence don't know what topics are hard to find/how to organise them. The software subforum may need a bit more organising but hopefully the Google Search function (not yet operational) will help.

If you hate the way I've done this, please let me know because it's easy to revert

I have also reorganised the NAS box forum somewhat to make it easier to find relevant topics. I have additionally deleted some big NAS box attachments that are now on the fileserver.
