Requirements Elicitation starting 8/12/2020
Re: Requirements Elicitation starting 8/12/2020
Apologies for not getting the list done quicker - this has been an extremely busy week for me. Hopefully this is still early enough for you all to have at least a quick look pre-meeting if you wish to.
I have prepared the list of points as discussed. It's quite long but don't worry - I'm not expecting to get through all of them and multiple meetings over time are probably better anyway. This doesn't need to be exhaustive, I just want to try out ideas and get an understanding of the potential scope here.
The meeting will be held with Jitsi (meeting room at https://meet.jit.si/WMTProjectsMeetingRoom) tomorrow at 15:00, and can be accessed with all major browsers, or using the Android and iOS apps. If you encounter issues, try using Chrome/Chromium or Firefox.
I have attached both the list of points and the older Desktop Visitor GUI requirements so I can quickly draft an updated document during the meeting and/or make comparisons.
Just an extra reminder - I will need to record this meeting so that I can take notes later and provide evidence/justification for any decisions we make.
See you tomorrow.

Re: Requirements Elicitation starting 8/12/2020
Thanks everyone for your time last Friday. It was an excellent meeting and we covered far more than I thought we would.
Attached are the updated notes I took during the meeting. In one of the next meetings I guess we can go over the requirements document for the Desktop Visitor GUI and amend/rewrite it as needed to encapsulate the new requirements.
Thanks again!

Re: Requirements Elicitation starting 8/12/2020
Now seems like a good time to try to schedule another meeting, this time to go over and modify/amend our old requirements document to include requirements for the Mobile Visitor GUI. I'm happy to take either approach as long as it is clear which requirements are for which system.
When are all of you available over the next week or so? I can be flexible.

Any time within reason, apart from Monday and Thursday mornings, when we have supermarket deliveries.

I don't think I have any particular availability constraints in this case.

Most afternoons after 14:00 Monday through Thursday work for me.

Okay. Is 14:30 on Tuesday the 19th okay for everyone?

Jitsi is probably easier if it worked okay for everyone last time.
