First Draft of the Software

I have just pushed the first draft of the software to GitLab (https://gitlab.com/wmtprojectsteam/milk-shake-factory). This is completely untested, but it has no syntax errors and I believe reflects the requirements. I need to complete the hardware build to test this properly and expect to do this in the coming days.
