I have made a few further updates to the User Manual, to reflect the system configuration with the latest Webserver configuration.

Changes are marked.

Now that the likelihood of major changes to the Bells or Webserver systems are unlikely until the Winter Maintenance period, I thought it was time to update the documentation to reflect the changes since the beginning of this season.

Attached are fully released Design Specification, Installation Specification and User Manual.

Hmmm. The file attachment feature still doesn't work properly; here is the missing User Manual.

phpBB really doesn't like the User Manual. I'll put up a PDF version for now.

I've just compressed all the images in the User Manual and reduced it in size from 12.8 MB to 2.5 MB.

If this works, then the question becomes; why doesn't phpBB put up an error message that the file is too big?
