Hamish did all the work. I just hosted the originals!

To be fair hosting the originals was really helpful though, and saved me a lot of work yesterday
I'm gonna try to sort out FTP users today. Should I also make some instructions? Maybe a video tutorial like I originally did for the forum?

I think users would want to know at least the basic information, eg FTP address, credentials (or how to set them up) etc.

I'd have to set the credentials up I think. Might be a tricky one to manage, cos I need to get the credentials to people securely. I'll come up with something.

Re: Using this webserver for storing files with FTP
I've been uploading stuff for the Underground Railway and the Loos Sound Effects and had a thought. We probably shouldn't include code in these directories, instead I think we should simply add a text file that points to the relevant GitLab Repository.
Otherwise, we are bound to get out of step.
Thoughts?

Sounds good to me.
Re: Using this webserver for storing files with FTP
After a discussion with Greg this morning, it was agreed that WMT will pay to upgrade the web server's storage space.
As such, we now have a total of 8 GB storage space for files, of which slightly over 5 GB is free.
