Yeah, that should be port 0 - probably an accidentally rejected change.

Owing to an oversight we have ended up with two places where we've discussed this document; here and at viewtopic.php?t=242. Since this was the earlier Topic entry, I believe any further discussion should remain here.

I have added some corrections and some new text to this document and pushed it to the new rivercontrolsystem-docs repository at https://gitlab.com/wmtprojectsteam/rive ... stallation.
