Unless you're planning to produce a Software Implementation Spec (very DoD and not to be recommended), then I would suggest the existing System Software Design Document.

I do not wish to produce a Software Implementation Spec as I believe that will be an impedance to general progress and is probably unnecessary.

Cheers, I shall make some amendments to the System Software Design Document in the near future.
