The software for our small deployment is complete!

This morning at around 9 am I switched on the system after it had been powered down since around 3:30 pm yesterday and the clock was second perfect! I had set the time by executing the date command on sumppi at exactly 14:05 yesterday, using my phone as a time source. I then updated the Real Time Clock using the hwclock -w command and shut down.

I've received no further assistance on this or the NTP queries, so I think that we will just have to accept that this is as good as it gets. As I mentioned yesterday, when they are synced, both machines have the same time, even though it might not be the right time.

I'll raise a new topic to cover the 'Setting to Work' of the August (soon to be September) Deployment, because much of the work from now on will be physical installation and not software.
