Catching up with some old announcements

Just posting some old announcements here that we never posted for the WMT River System:

• The five original water butts have been installed, plumbed, and tested behind a wendyhouse.
• Initial software for the Capacitive Probe, Resistance Probe, and Hall Effect Device was written.
• A capacitive probe has been built and is currently being tested/refined.
• A resistance probe has been built and deployed in a test installation by the sump.
• Clive has built a water wheel which will later have a hall effect device on it, and it is currently in place by the sump as a proof-of-concept.
