Unfortunately, the second drive failed the test (see screenshot). I plugged it into my laptop to confirm, and it does indeed have issues (see other screenshot). The NAS can function with just one drive, but this is not ideal.
We may have a spare drive available, but it seems that may be damaged as well, unfortunately. I'm not terribly impressed with the lifespan of these drives, given I have a similar 1TB Seagate drive in my desktop, which has lasted around 6000 hours with no signs of failing.
I kind of wonder whether we want to use HDDs for this, given the apparent lack of reliability!
