The Hardware will:
- Provide the capability of playing the existing 'Toilet Flush' and 'Phone Ringing' sounds to the speaker inside the toilet block.
- Be at least as loud as the existing MP3 Player based system.
- Play a recording of the toilets flushing in the public loos.
- Pause for a time (approximately 4.5 minutes).
- Play a recording of the phone ringing in the adjacent Call Box.
- Pause for a time (approximately 4.5 minutes).
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 continuously.
- Light an orange LED as follows:
- Continuously ON while the recordings are played.
- Flashing at 1 second ON and one second OFF during pauses.
